What is the member login for?

Member login is for customers that would like to keep track of orders placed, update address and save payment methods to make the checkout process easier. You also are able to create a wish list. We all have one of those.

What should I do if I did not receive my order?

Contact delivery company (DHL, FedEx, UPS etc...) and provide tracking number to receive assistance with your missing order. If they are unable to assist you, please email order@quindralee.com outlining information provided by courier service and we will look into your missing order and do our best to provide a resolution.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal.

Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards are in the works. Check back periodically to see when they are available.

Do you offer any promo codes?

Yes, we offer promo codes. Sign up to be a member to receive this incentive and be notified when one is available.

Shipping

Why is shipping time 7-10 business days?

All of our products are made to order. The 7-10 business days shipping time frame ensures we have enough time to print your order and ship to your front door. Don't worry, it will be worth the wait.
